I AM Marketplace vendor information

Marketplace Details for Vendors

1.  Vendors will be setup inside the mansion and will be provided access to electricity to every booth.

2. Vendors will need to have someone at the booth through the Marketplace Hours (Sat 9 am - 5 pm and Sun 9 am - 4 pm).

3. If products are being sold, vendors will need to collect sales tax and report it to the Oklahoma Tax Commission.

4. Booth placement is at the discretion of the I AM Yoga Festival staff.

5. Set-up time is Saturday, July 28th from 7:30 am - 9:00 am and tear-down begins at 4 pm on Sunday, July 29th.  Everyone must be out of the building by 5 pm.  No exceptions so please consider this before purchasing your booth. 

6.  Booths can be left up overnight as the building will be locked when we are done.  Please take valuables with you when you leave.

All pricing includes 2 days in the Marketplace, access to connect to electricity and wi-fi access.
