I AM MARKETPLACE INFO
Marketplace Hours are Saturday 9 am - 5 pm and Sunday 9 am - 4 pm. Someone needs to be at your booth during the marketplace hours. This is important for the success of the festival and your own business. Remember... it is FREE to get into the Marketplace so you don't need a ticket to get in for any of your booth support staff.
SET-UP / TEAR DOWN TIMES
Set-up time: Friday 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm or Saturday 7:30 am - 8:30 am. All booths must be set up by 8:30 am on Saturday. We have booth indoors and outdoors booth and you will be given a vendor packet upon arrival with your booth location. The booths are organized at the discretion of the planners and what makes sense for all of us.
Tear-down is Sunday 4 pm - 5 pm. We have to be out of the building by 5 pm so if you need help let us know and we will try to get some volunteers to help you get everything out as smoothly as possible. Please consider bringing dolly's and other devices that will expedite getting all of the booth decorations and equipment in and out as quickly as we can.
Each booth will have an 8 ft table + 2 chairs. If you don't need a table and chairs, just let me know. You might want to bring a table cloth to cover your table.
TAXES + SUCH
Sales Tax must be collected on products sold and you will be required to submit a sales tax form to the Oklahoma Tax Commission. Even if you are coming from out of state. We will have forms available to you and we are required to report your total sales during the event to the OTC. If you have your own sales tax permit, then you can report it at the end of the month as you normally would. If you don't have a sales tax permit, don't worry because we have a special event sales tax permit that will cover you.
Electricity + Wi-Fi will be provided but plan on bringing an extension cord! Bring plenty of cash to make change.
