Journey to Bliss Yoga Class with Kendi Weygand

Saturday 10 am - 11:15 am


Move slow and steady through a yoga sequence designed to calm the body and mind. We will move through the 5 layers of the body called Koshas to arrive at our deep seated reservoir of peace, joy and ease. Class ends with a long savasana featuring a guided meditation known as Yoga Nidra to restore your body, mind and spirit.

Kendi Weygand

Kendi is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Yoga Teacher (200-hour) and Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher working with adults in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She provides therapy and yoga instruction to help you learn skills to stay grounded through stressful times, communicate and make choices that align with your highest values, and connect with resilience to bravely face life’s challenges (both past and present).
