Journey to Bliss Yoga Class with Kendi Weygand

Move slow and steady through a yoga sequence designed to calm the body and mind. We will move through the 5 layers of the body called Koshas to arrive at our deep seated reservoir of peace, joy and ease. Class ends with a long savasana featuring a guided meditation known as Yoga Nidra to restore your body, mind and spirit.
