This is a 1-hour seminar dedicated to a deeper understanding of Ahisma (one of the 8 limbs of yoga) .  The seminar will offer information on how to incorporate nonviolence in speech and thought, also called Nonviolent Communication. Compassionate/Nonviolent Communication is a spiritual practice disguised as a communication process. Using it one becomes aware of how our communication and thinking affects ourselves and others. It is a mindfulness practice that can be demonstrated.  The focus is on expressing our own feelings and needs or acknowledging others feelings and needs.
