Chrispy Bhagat Singh

a Yoga Educator and a Mystic - trained in Vinyasa Ashtanga at the 500-hour Level, and both Hatha and Kundalini Yoga at the 200-hour Level, each. blessed to have studied with world-renowned masters of the crafts in Yoga, Mindfulness, Meditation, Asana, Philosophy, Tantra, Ayurveda, Jyotish, the Chakras, the Five Elements, as well as both Eastern subtle anatomy and a deep concentration in Western anatomy.  Exploring the worlds of Mysticism; through the realm of the Esoteric Hermetic Philosophy, as well as integrating the concepts of Rasayana – ‘the path of essence’ which is the Vedic concept of Alchemy. body-working in all realms, using the principles of therapeutic massage combined with an understanding of subtle anatomy and shadow-work to create space to process shame, trauma and emotional stress from the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual bodies. seeing the practices and their modalities as a physical Alchemy; elevating that which is base, distilling that which is essence and creating something more purified and elevated. this is personal and interpersonal tantra.  Chrispy is a facilitator for Asana, Mindfulness and Ritual Practices, a Spiritual Intelligence Mentor and an Ordained Rector, using these modalities to bring clarity, empowerment and transformation to each gathering. believing strongly in ritual as a path to meaning and purpose and helping to create opportunities for observance. an Officiant for weddings, unions, baptisms, blessings, bindings, to create ritual and sacred space as well as support other ceremonies.  Chrispy has also been an assistant to Seane Corn, a Community Builder for Off the Mat, Into the World, and an Ambassador for YogaVotes - working to unite the material and the ethereal.

Ana Berry Ana Berry RYT 500 Yoga is our Whole Body Prayer. Our life is our living ceremony. Ana first discovered her love for yoga with a Rodney Yee VHS yoga video at age 12. That discovery helped her through the tricky teenage years and has continued to guide her through the constant vinyasa of life. She has studied many forms of yoga with leading teachers in Chicago, Los Angeles and New York but while living in LA, she was fortunate to find her teacher; Mark Whitwell, founder of The Heart of Yoga. Rooted in the teachings of Sri Krishnamacharya, the Heart of Yoga principles hit home with Ana more than anything else. Yoga is many things but its essence is simply the relaxation and participation in our own life. It is about embracing what we already have and starting from there.  Studying with Mark for many years in LA, she received her 500 hour teacher certification on a spiritual pilgrimage and training in India. She has been assisting Mark and his teachings around the world the past 10 years at Esalen, Omega Institute, Bhakti Fest and Bali Spirit Fest.  Ana's approach to teaching starts with the heart, is centered around the breath, giving each student a full mind/body work out. Tapping into the hidden emotions and stagnant energy stuck in the body, in class we have an opportunity to become our own alchemist and transform that which does not serve us into energy that does. To facilitate that shift, Ana uses mantra, plays the harmonium with chanting, guided meditation and affirmations paired with slow flow strengthening, lengthening and sometimes challenging asanas to create a well rounded class that welcomes all.
