PRESENTER: Tiffany Lord

ABOUT OUR PRESENTER: Tiffany Lord is the founder of Love & Asana, private yoga coach and resident yoga instructor for the International Headache Center. Her passion is helping people learn realistic ways to integrate yoga into daily life for stress and pain management. Trained as a massage therapist, her approach is anatomy driven with emphasis on connection and awareness to what your body needs and safe practice based on your musculoskeletal history. Off the mat, she loves sipping on lattes, dancing, day dreaming about the ocean, and soaking up mountain life with her husband and puggle.
