This workshop will include instruction and discussion about mindfulness, how to meditate, how to build a consistent practice, a guided meditation, and a Q&A with Dr. Johnson after the meditation ends.
PRESENTER: Dr. Chad Johnson
ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Dr. Johnson is an associate professor of human relations and clinical mental health counseling at the University of Oklahoma. He is also a licensed health service psychologist whose clinical practice emphasizes Buddhist psychology and mindfulness. Chad has studied and practiced meditation for over 15 years and has published research that focuses on spirituality and mindfulness meditation.
