Let’s take a morning meditation walk with Suzanne, our local avid daily hiker. We will do some mild stretching to wake up and loosen the muscle body. From the base of the hill, start to finish is under a mile in length. Total event time will be approximately 45 minutes. Once at the top of the hill we will pause and take in the views as it’s always nice to see parts of Tulsa from a different perspective. We will focus our attention on Mother Nature, the heart, and the breath resulting in a full body and mind walking meditation. Come join the fun with us and have your own blissful sensory experience to share with others while burning up a few calories along the way.

ABOUT THE PRESENTER: Yogi and health guru. “Life is short, so do what you want, where you want, and on purpose.” I like to hike, bicycle, and travel whenever possible. Three grandsons brought me back to Tulsa six years ago. Three sisters one living in Nashville, Toledo, and Monroe, MI. Moms outside of Atlanta, Georgia. My three children, Rachel and Gabriel are in Dallas and Lincoln, wife and babies are here in Tulsa. Personal assisting with estate cleaning and organizing keeps me busy by day. Social hours with friends with as much authentic reggae music as I can find whether it be here or in Jamaica keeps me happy. I love to cook EVERY single night and it’s almost 💯% organic and it’s just me.....Now that’s because I’m worth it, my food is yummy and I really don’t know another way. “Natural Grocers” is my designated place to shop since they make it easy having the highest standards in the industry.
