All Levels Acro Yoga Acro yoga involves doing yoga poses with two or more people. It’s a fun combination of yoga and beginner partner acrobatics. The Yoga in acro yoga is the practice of trust, teamwork and community building. You won’t need any previous acro experience for this class, just be ready to play, have fun, and laugh a lot!

ABOUT THE PRESENTERS:
Lindsay Morgan Lindsay is an ERYT-200 yoga teacher and certified Acro Revolution teacher. She has been practicing yoga for 10 years, and acro for 6. She teaches both regularly at Be Love Yoga Studio Tulsa, and she especially loves teaching handstand workshops. She is a L-1 Crossfit Trainer with the Crossfit Gymnastics and Crossfit Mobility certificates. She works with private clients on strength training and handstands, and also works at Zova Chiropractic as an Exercise Specialist, and is in school to become a Physical Therapy Assistant.
