We believe the key in creating a successful yoga teacher lies in the foundation. During our training, each active participant will receive hands-on, actual teaching experience to solidify the necessary components of the skill set needed to teach public and private vinyasa yoga classes.
We believe that integrity, consistency and a passion for learning are the key components of a successful yoga teacher training. We believe that our love of yoga will be noticed by all who attend and that as we forge ahead into another adventure we will never let go of learning.
Chrispy and Melissa met in April 2013 at a Yoga Conference in Austin when Melissa took Chrispy's Vinyasa Playground class. Immediately, Melissa knew she wanted to study with Chrispy. She invited him to teach at the 2013 I AM Yoga Festival in Tulsa, OK and they have been good friends ever since. They share similar philosophies and beliefs in the importance of where yoga fits into the communities that they serve and believe in providing a room where authentic and curious exploration takes precedence over dogma, tradition, or teaching something "just because it's always been done that way".
